8. DELIVERY INSPECTION

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please notify Boon Hardware promptly and provide photographs or other information reasonably required to assess the issue.

9. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Boon Hardware provides a 14-day change-of-mind return period subject to the conditions stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

A change-of-mind return is not automatic.

The item must:

• have never been used
• be complete
• be undamaged
• remain in resellable condition
• include original packaging where applicable
• include relevant accessories, manuals, components and supplied items

All change-of-mind returns are subject to inspection and approval by Boon Hardware.

The buyer is responsible for the original delivery charge, return delivery or collection charges, and any other transportation or handling costs associated with a change-of-mind return.

10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT GOODS

If an item is delivered damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, please contact Boon Hardware as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request:

• photographs
• video
• product serial or batch information
• packaging photographs
• proof of purchase
• other reasonable information needed to assess the claim

Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate solution may include:

• replacement
• replacement parts
• repair
• exchange
• refund
• another mutually agreed solution

Where the problem is confirmed to have resulted from our error or a valid product defect, Boon Hardware will determine the appropriate return or collection arrangement.

11. RETURNS THAT MAY BE REFUSED

Boon Hardware may refuse a return where a product:

• has been used
• is damaged after delivery
• has been altered or modified
• is incomplete
• is missing important accessories, components or packaging
• is contaminated or not hygienically suitable for resale
• cannot reasonably be resold as new
• was damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation or improper handling
• falls within a category excluded from return by law or clearly disclosed sales terms

This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact Boon Hardware as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellation may not be possible where:

• the order has already been dispatched
• a supplier order has already been committed
• a product has been specially ordered
• customisation or preparation has begun
• other non-recoverable costs have already been incurred

13. WARRANTIES

Where a product includes a manufacturer or supplier warranty, the applicable warranty terms may vary by product.

Warranty coverage generally does not include damage caused by:

• accidental damage
• unauthorised modification
• improper storage
• normal wear and tear
